In his address to the general debate of the 74th Session of the General Assembly of the UN (New York, 24 – 30 September 2019) he talks on the change the internet has brought and how we must adapt and utilize these technologies as we have not for the past 74 years.  By doing so could save millions of dollars and help to reduce the carbon footprint of conferences, assemblies and other gatherings by using online meeting platforms.
